In the typical style of the Creole villa with its colonial architecture, this house has a traditional red roof and is divided into two bungalows: on one side is the living space (living room, kitchen and dining room) and on the other side is the sleeping quarters (2 bedrooms with a private terrace and a bathroom each).
The house is located in the family and residential area of Camaruche, halfway between Lorient, where famous French singer Johnny Halliday is buried, and Marigot. You will appreciate the hilly terrain of this part of the island, a great starting point for hiking excursions through the surrounding hills, always with a sublime view of the islands of St Martin, Tortle island and Anguilla.
